Three day Manager’s Conference held on 23rd to 25th January 2023. Managers from centers across Punjab travelled all the way long to Lahore to join this conference. Worthy Chairman PITB Mr. Faisal Yousaf graced the ceremony along with core team of PITB (i.e. All DGs and Head of Departments) and met with all the center managers in person to have a glance at their performance. He also shared words of wisdom with team in order to create more ease for applicants.

Director General (Government Digital Services) Mr. Muhammad Waseem Bhatti’ ensured his availability for all three days of conference and he listened to every manager in order to know the challenges faced by center teams along with solutions for matters put up in the conference. He also instructed the team to ensure on time service delivery for the citizens with due respect, he directed to operate centers on concepts of “Total Quality Management” with lowest cost to

government. Mr. Muhammad Waseem Bhatti also announced that development of six new centers across Punjab has been initiated and whole team needs to gear up for further developments and successful operations. In the end Worthy DG (GDS) Mr. Muhammad Waseem Bhatti, appreciated the efforts of team till date and gave the message to continue with same spirit and more refined efforts for “Serving the Un-Served”. Whole team showed up with a resolve that the year-2023 would be celebrated as the year of excellence. Conference ended up with a group photo and best wishes for whole team. Team left the conference with a new motivation to serve with more zeal.
